The Philadelphia Eagles are without their best receiver, Jordan Matthews, who is injured, so the team added help to the position on Tuesday night. The Eagles acquired second-year wideout Dorial Green-Beckham from the Tennessee Titans for offensive tackle Dennis Kelly.
The 40th overall pick out of Oklahoma had 32 receptions for 549 yards and four touchdowns in his rookie campaign. He never played for the Sooners, only practicing with the team after getting dismissed from Missouri.
The young player is expected to help the Eagles get over the injury to Matthews. Philly also added the likes of Rueben Randle and Nelson Agholor.
Elsewhere in the NFL, Buffalo Bills defensive tackle Marcell Dareus was suspended four games for another positive marijuana test. The team announced the suspension Tuesday afternoon.
With the ban, Dareus will surrender $1.505 million in total compensation. He did apologize to the team and the fans for his mistakes with a post on Instagram. This is not the defensive star's first violation, which includes serving a one-game ban in 2015 following an arrest in May of 2014.
The team is expected to turn to the likes of Kyle Williams or Corbin Bryant to take over at the starting position. They also added defensive linemen, Brandon Deaderick and Alameda Ta'amu on Monday.
The Bills will receive a fine from the NFL for having multiple players arrested in one season.
The 26-year-old, Dareus, was selected third overall in the 2011 draft. The two-time Pro Bowler signed a six-year extension in September.
