Ginboli, Duncan, and Parker combined for the final 7 San Antonio points. Parker finished with 8 points overall, while Ginobli added 7 off the Spurs bench.
Anderson Varejao scored 23 points, while Kyrie Irving had 20 points for Cleveland who fell to 5-5 on the year. Varejao added 11 rebounds for a double-double of his own. The Cavs have not defeated the Spurs since March 8, 2010, which is good for a 10-game losing streak against San Antonio.
The Cavaliers bring their .500 record back to ESPN on Friday night, visiting the Washington Wizards at 8. Meanwhile, the 7-4 Spurs will visit the Minnesota Timberwolves tomorrow night at 8.
