The controversial player has been on the trade block since last November, and seemingly stuck on the new-look roster since LeBron James signed with the Los Angeles Lakers in July of 2018. Only part of his $15.6 million is guaranteed for next season, but the contract will not become guaranteed until after Monday's date of July 15th. That was extended from its original date of June 30th.
The 33-year-old only played in 11 games for Cleveland this past season, but is still enjoying his time in the city, recently participating in the MLB Celebrity All-Star Game at Progressive Field last week. He even ended up with his signature look of being shirtless, dating back to the time when the Cavs won the NBA Title and he was spotted everywhere without a shirt.
He does have 15 years of NBA experience and is a career 37 percent three-point shooter, but hasn't averaged in double digits since putting up 12.4 points per game in the 2015-2016 season. His best season came with the New York Knicks in the 2012-2013 campaign, when he put up 18.1 points and 5.3 rebounds per game.
