The QB will travel with his team to London, but is unlikely to play, as his team looks for their fourth consecutive victory since a season-opening loss to the Green Bay Packers. He was seen in a sling on the sideline for the rest of their 16-6 victory at Soldier Field Sunday, watching backup Chase Daniel impress, while his defense shut down Kirk Cousins and the Vikings offense, moving them in to a tie for first place in the NFC North.
The injury occurred on just the sixth offensive play of the game, as Danielle Hunter of Minnesota sacked him, which is when he suffered the injury. Trubisky's body twisted awkwardly on the way down to the ground as he landed on his left shoulder. He immediately went to the blue medical tent, and then was taken back to the locker room, before returning to the sideline for good. Daniel is expected to get the start on Sunday, and he took over nicely, finishing 22-of-30 for 195 yards and one touchdown in the win.
